This install was a challenge for these guys. The unit as installed had a faulty part that was difficult to diagnose and repair. The issue showed up about 2 weeks after the install and was intermittent, but the folks at Advantage were great. They checked in with us to make sure things were working as they were supposed to, and continued working the problem. Yesterday was 100 degrees and we were comfortable inside with our heat pump working exactly as it should! These guys didn't give up and were VERY responsive anytime we called. I manage a Customer Service Department for a manufacturing company and I'm not easy to please - these guys were great.
