After multiple calls to try to navigate why we were not getting heat during the recent snow and freezing temperatures, Advantage continued to try to solve our problem. Luis S. took it to the next level by even checking under our house to find the culprit as the resident raccoon who had torn apart our duct work to get warmed up! We are so grateful for the whole Advantage team who are great to work with but I am extra grateful for Luis going the extra mile to really problem solve the root of our issue. He had an amazing attitude and was determined to help us! After two and a half weeks without heat I wanted to cry happy tears to know that we finally had an answer! Advantage, thank you for employing good human beings like Luis, who take pride in their job! Well-done!
